1. The general rules of the competition as set out in the Premium List shall apply to the Wool/Fleece Competition.
2. There must be a minimum of three entrants for any class although each of these entrants may enter up to three fleeces
3. Fleeces must be laid out in the tent by 10.00am on show day.
4. Each entry shall be appraised and the Judge's scorecard shall be affixed above each entry.
5. Points shall be awarded for style and character, fineness(white face only), uniformity of quality, strength, springyness, handle, colour and particulrly presentation. While weight may be taken into account by the Judge, this shall not be an overriding factor.
6. Any artificial tinted or stained fleeces shall be disqualified. Fleeces should be unwashed.
7. Entry Fee 50p per fleece payable with entry form on the Show Day.
8. Prize Tickets will be awarded in each section.
9. All finalsts must be registered wool producers.

Competitors are reminded that they should collect their fleeces not earlier than 4.30pm at the end of the show.
