RULES

  1. One entry per person per Class (except in Sticks & Crooks where entry is limited to 2 Sticks per person per class). Entry Forms can be downloaded from Website.
  2. All Exhibits must be in place by 9.45 a.m.
  3. Every item entered must be accompanied by a sealed envelope containing the name and address of the exhibitor. The class number of the exhibit must be written on the outside of the envelope.
  4. Exhibitors under 25years of age competing in the open classes should put ‘Y’ beside their name in the envelope in order to be eligible for the Centenary Cup.
  5. Floral exhibits to be shown in suitable vases and containers.
  6. Vegetable exhibits may be cut open/tasted by the judge to help assess quality.
  7. The Tent will close at 10am for judging and will re-open when this has been completed.
  8. Prizes should be collected from the Tent from 1-3pm.
  9. Cups should be collected from the Tent from 2.45-3pm.
  10. All exhibits to be collected after 3pm and before 4.30pm.
